Lukenya Getaway Hotel - Athi River

The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. We also appreciated the organized reservation system for restaurant tables. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near key sights and landmarks, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We were disappointed with the lack of clean and safe water provided during meal times. It was unacceptable that we had to purchase a bottle of water during lunch and dinner when it should have been provided as basic amenities.

the reserved tables at the restaurant were an excellent touch and made everything feel so organized. the quiet location provided a peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for my relaxation.

Sadly, I was disappointed to find out that I had to purchase water during meals. It felt like a significant inconvenience, especially if someone were choking and needed water to help them.
